Attn. Students: Please support the 17th Annual Cranston West Adopt-A-Family Holiday Giving Tree which provides gifts for the West families in need this holiday season. Select a paper ornament on the tree, purchase the gift and return unwrapped to Ms. Barlow in C2-22 or Mrs. Williams in the discipline office. Please deliver gifts no later than December 13. There will be a financial aid night on Thursday, December 19 at the Cranston High School West Library at 6:30 p.m. Stacy Crooks, director of College Planning Center of Rhode Island, will discuss all aspects of financial aid and the FASA form.
Do you want to make a Foster Teen’s holiday happier? Come to the Red Carpet Affair, Saturday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. Proceeds go to Foster Forward Program to purchase gift cards for RI teens in foster care. Tickets are $8.00 in advance, $10.00 at the door. Help a teen in foster care get a gift this holiday season by coming to the FCCLA Fashion Show this Saturday. Enjoy some refreshments, entertainment, awesome raffle prizes, and the latest winter fashion. Doors open at 6:30.

“Can Wars” begins Monday, Dec. 9. Bring in can donations for the can drive during all lunches. The grade that donates the most cans will receive a personalized banner in the cafeteria and the winning homeroom will win free Allie’s donuts. Bring in your cans until the start of winter break.
The Student Council is pleased to announce the Fire & Ice Ball will be held on Saturday, January 11 at the West Valley Inn. Tickets will be on sale from Monday, Dec. 9 to Wednesday December 18 at all four lunches. In order to pick purchase a ticket on any given day, you must pick up a number before advisory in room B2-9. Eighty tickets will be sold each day – do not wait until last minute to get your tickets. Tickets are $90.00 per couple or $45 per person. You and/or your date must be eligible if you want to purchase a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, so please be certain you are attending before you purchase your tickets.
