1.Certified staff will recognize that the district is committed to school improvement
      through a district-wide participation in the Institute For Learning
2.All certified staff will have a common information about the Institute For Learning
3.All teachers will begin to understand the connections between
      the Principles of Learning and the standards reform movement
4.Teachers will begin to develop a common vocabulary relative to “Best Practices”
5.Teachers will have a better understanding of Learning Walks
