 (The system used your last name as it appears on your check)

Temporary password is passxxxx (pass and last 4 of your SS#)

Temporary Password, pass & the last 4 of your Social Security #, then you will be prompted

to change your #, which must contain at least 8 characters with 1 number.

Copies will be provided subject to the following:

1.   A request in writing to the Superintendent, specifying the document desired.

2.   Pre-payment of  $.25 per page: an additional fee will be assessed for over-sized documents which require special handling. An hourly rate of fifteen dollars ($15.00) will be assessed for the search and retrieval of documents requested. There will be no charge for the first thirty minutes of the search.3.   A minimum of five (5) working days for the retrieval and copying to be completed.

4.   Any denial of a request for records shall be made in writing, giving the specific reason for the denial, within ten (10) business days of the request. The procedure for the appeal of the denial will also be included.
