No school building
shall be used in any political television or internet commercial, political
brochure, or political advertisement, nor in any business enterprise,
television or internet commercial or advertisement.
No poster, paper,
circular, brochure or other document designed to aid or injure or defeat any
candidate for public office or any political party or organization or any
question submitted to the voters shall be distributed to students or parents in
school buildings or on or within school property by school personnel, students,
parents, political candidates, political parties or organizations, or by the
public at large; and further, there shall be no distribution within school
buildings or upon school property of materials by the same above-enumerated
persons and/or groups which invite, recruit, or in any way solicit students or
their parents to participate in political campaign activities or political
action organizations.
