PAB MEETINGS:
All parents are welcome to become involved in the WHMS Parent Advisory Board (PAB).  Your participation and input will help toward a successful school year!  During the 2007-08 school year, the PAB will meet on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the school library.  The dates are as follows:

PAB NEWSLETTER:
The PAB publishes a parent newsletter entitled "The Cobra Connection."  The newsletter is intended to keep parents aware of some of the happenings at WHMS.  The PAB would welcome any relevant contributions for the next issue.  Any news, sports, upcoming events, or photographs that parents may be interested in would be great.  Submissions may be e-mailed to the PAB at caradalton@cox.net.  Thank you in advance for your participation.

There will be three newsletters mailed to your home during the school year.  A schedule has been set to ensure that every academic team and unified arts program is included in the newsletter at least once during the school year.  The schedule is as follows:
● Newsletter #1:  Gladiators, Olympians, Titans, Extreme Team, Art, and Consumer & Family Science.
● Newsletter #2:  Hot Shot Cobras, Navigators, Twisters, Thunderbirds, World Language, and Music.
● Newsletter #3:  Jaguars, Tenacious Tigers, Panthers, Golden Eagles, Physical Education, and
Technology Education.

BUSINESS DONATIONS:
Please let us know if you or anyone you know owns a business that would like to donate items to WHMS for various school functions.  We would like to compile a list of available items that the school could request for upcoming events.  If you know any business that would like to be included on this list, please e-mail the PAB at oakes4@cox.net.
